King of Safari

(poems go here)Trailing his habitat,

Stalking his prey.

He protects his territory

As if everything is his own.

He is the king,

Everything revolves around the majesty.

Functioning like a precision time clock

Til’ the moon takes over with darkness.

Marching prideful

Til’ the sun rises.

Only way to be fed

Is to hunt what’s moving.

Ruler of the pursuit

He is king of the safari.

Majestic is he,

There is never a worry.

Mane golden brown,

Thick and angelic,

Built like a Greek god,

Stands like a mighty powerhouse.

Only kryptonite that can stop him

Is speed of a silver bullet.

His ego is enormous,

He will always reign in the land.

Until the very end,

He will always be king of the safari.
