The documentary deals with the kidnapping, rape and murder that happened in Montclair Oakland, California on April 27th, 2020 during the pandemic. The police refused to look for the victim and threatened to put the witness on a "hold", even though the witness was at risk of being raped and murdered. NIGHT OF THE MURDER

It was on Monday April 27th 2020 that I heard a woman trying to scream for help. It was the middle of the night. When she screamed it sounded like her mouth had been taped shut. She was trapped in a secret room and I couldn't get her out. From what I could hear, she was also tied to the wall of the room and couldn't move.
I couldn't say anything because the man I was spending the night with was the one who had kidnapped her—I met him online and he said I could stay at his place to escape the sex trafficking crimes that were happening in my SRO building in Chinatown San Francisco.
This man I met online had kidnapped a young woman with help from his landlords. It was all I could do to pretend nothing was wrong so I could escape. I managed to leave in the middle of the night but when I returned with police the next day, she wasn't there anymore.
She had been taken and it's clear to me now that she must've been murdered.
I witnessed the crime of kidnapping, rape and murder happen in Montclair Oakland California.
I had called California Highway Patrol Officer David Hazelwood out of desperation. At the time, I was trying to rescue the victim if I could. If she was still alive.
I didn't know until much later that the victim had already been murdered.
David Hazelwood had been newly transferred to CHP after the Celeste Guap teen rape scandal with Oakland Police.

I hadn't known then how corrupt the Oakland Police Department was.
I didn't know until I finally got the Body Worn Camera footage that Oakland police had threatened to put me on a hold, to detain me, for reporting the kidnapping and rape I had witnessed.
Oakland police never searched for the victim when I called them on April 27th 2020. They only checked the residence later at Montclair Oakland because I sent endless emails to city officials, council members, agencies and to the district attorney.
Oakland police didn't check until July, MONTHS after my 911 call in April.
I finally got a call from Oakland PD officer Josue Mora in July.
On the phone call he pretends I'm making everything up and that it's normal to treat women like this, to kidnap and rape them. He also says he doesn't know anything about consent.

He conducted this phone call before he made the police report. I didn't know he already spoke to Tim Berquist, the Inspector for Oakland District Attorney and that my eight page statement I sent to police was thrown out.
On the phone call you can hear officers laughing in the background when I describe the rape to them. Sgt. Bradley Young and Lt. Marcos Campos is in charge of missing persons but from this phone call you can tell, they really don't care about the victim.

Officer Mora lied in the police report, which wasn't finished until October 15th 2020.. I never hung up on him, he hung up on me.

This phone call with Officer Mora occurred on Wednesday July 29th (2020), nine days after OPD went to the residence. In this phone call, Mora claims OPD officers checked the trap door box the victim was trapped in, but OPD Officer Mora was lying all along. OPD never checked the trap door box that was later confirmed by a building inspector.
Police have refused to release the Body Worn Camera footage of the supposed search on July 20th 2020 that was conducted at the Montclair residence in Oakland.
Another person is listed on the police report [JULY 20, 2020] as being in the household, a person by the name of Aria.
The rapist who kidnapped and raped the victim had told me he had a crush on young girls as young as ten years old.
I know he's a pedophile and that he's had fantasies of kidnapping and rape that he's shared with young women from OkCupid and Fetlife. He goes by the name of NoVanilla on Fetlife. I met him in 2017 and didn't know anything about him then. He goes to Arthur Murray dance studio in Hayward, goes to the Charles Dicken's Faire in San Francisco and Edwardian Ball where he always dresses up as the devil. I had no idea that he was a pedophile rapist. He pretended to have Asperger's when in fact he's a sociopath. His landlords are also sociopaths, their wives don't live with them. These men have access to at-risk youth in the Bay Area. They've been kidnapping and raping victims for over a decade.
This is the first time there was a witness to their crimes. I am the only witness.
I know the victim has been murdered based on the BWC footage I acquired much later. Oakland police gave a fake email on their website for the police records request and I have an email from the City Auditor to confirm this.
Based on the conversation from the BWC of the sociopath landlords, it appears they had surveillance on the property and that they knew I had fled the property after witnessing their crimes. Notice how the landlord uses dehumanizing language when he talks about me, calling me a “female” “it”.

In the BWC you can see the cars have been moved, the landlords pretend that their scapegoat rapist is still on the premises, and they don't tell police that the cars have been moved.

That was one of the landlords on the phone with the rapist when police arrived, Monday April 27th, 2020.
The rapist I met in 2017 drove off that Monday in a silver gray Toyota Yaris and parked the red subaru Impreza from Oregon, in its place. Police never search any of the cars, not the Black Audi or the Silver Gray Ford truck belonging to the landlords. Police never notice the big black suitcase that's big enough to fit a body into.
Where is it? Was it in the Toyota Yaris? Was that how the victim's body was moved?
The rapist was not at work, and the landlords claimed he was at home, even though his car was parked in the driveway.

They never once mention the Toyota Yaris.
On the BWC, I'm the only one who mentions it to Oakland PD.

I know on Monday April 27th 2020 that the victim had been murdered and that her body was being disposed of.
I see in the BWC that the top boards to the secret box room the landlords built is on their porch. They kept the victim in a secret box room built into the house. I have a report from a building inspector confirming this.
INSPECTOR REPORT: There is an unapproved dwelling unit in the garage, and the lower level of the house . The lower level ceiling has some type of box built above the bed which makes the ceiling less than 7'. The access from to the framed box, must be from the the next floor.
The landlords own other property in Oakland, San Leandro, New York and New Jersey. On their other property in Oakland, they built hidden rooms there too. The landlords got these properties from two women before the women died—one of whom was a family member.
Closer inspection at property deeds, titles and tax documents reveal other people involved in this real estate fraud: two of them possible members of law enforcement along with companies named: California Security Protective Control and Red Dragon Holding LLC.
Other people are registered at the landlord's residence, some of whom have access to children in the education system of Oakland.
Oakland Police harassed me when I reported all of this to them.
Oakland City officials don't care about these crimes. The Oakland City Council couldn't care less. Alameda Supervisors only care about their careers and nothing more.
Robert Warshaw from IAD, Oakland Internal Affairs Department, dismissed me. I have his emails and his email address.
John Alden from CPRA Oakland Community Police Review Agency ignored me and my submitted online report along with Karen Tom — Claudia DeLaCruz no longer works there.
Rashidah Grinage, Coalition for Police Accountability doesn't care.
Dr. Sarai S. Crain, Deputy Chief of Violence Prevention, won't do anything.
Tim Berquist Inspector for Oakland District Attorney doesn't want to be bothered.
Oakland PD officer Kristine Jurgens-Duenas couldn't be bothered or get back to me.
The Oakland Sheriff didn't care either and refused to conduct a search for the victim that I requested.
The victim hasn't been found or identified yet. Police aren't bothering to look for her. I'm the only one who cares. I've been cross referencing missing women from the Bay Area, Northern California, South Lake Tahoe and Oregon to see if one of them is the victim. I've searched dead women found in the Bay Area, Northern California, South Lake Tahoe and Oregon to see if one of them is the victim.
The murdering rapist I met online is still on OkCupid, KIK and Fetlife, going by the name of NoVanilla. The landlords may also have a profile on Fetlife. One person by the name of Jarleerk has a profile on there and films pornography — some of which is illegal content. The landlord's son owns a film company and is most likely involved in filming pornography. He may have filmed the rape and murder of the victim.
It's all on their computers but of course, the police don't care to search.
It was reported that after the murder of the victim, the landlord's son was in Jamaica during a time in the pandemic when vaccines were unavailable. It's hard to know how he was able to travel during this time when world-wide travel was restricted because of COVID-19.

I heard everything that happened that night... I heard the landlords and what they were doing... I know what the rapist did... I was almost raped and murdered... they all had planned this and they will commit these crimes again
I'm risking my livelihood and my life by coming forward.
I have no choice but to speak out. I cannot live with myself unless I do something about the terrors I witnessed. This is all I can do.
All I can tell the public is: if you won't help me stop these criminals or help find the victims — at least defund the police because police are not protecting victims. The least you can do is vote these corrupt city officials, mayors, supervisors, Sheriff and other people out of office so they don't get paid hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to do nothing.
In these past two years I've followed stories of police corruption and deliberate negligence based on bias and prejudice, police dereliction of duty and outright coverups.
All you have to do is search for the name Celeste Guap, the teenager who was raped by Oakland police. You can read more on Tatiana Dugger, a sex trafficking victim who Oakland police refused to look for. She was murdered as a result. There have been no arrests in that case.
Other victims cannot tell their stories because they were murdered.
You can search the names of other victims: Rebekah Barsotti, Gabby Petito, Lauren El Cho, Breonna Taylor, Nizah Morris, Roxanne More (iacenter dot org), and many others to see how police treated them.
If you don't believe me then that's up to you, just don't expect help from anyone else if you become a victim of domestic violence, kidnapping, rape, sex trafficking or murder. If these crimes can happen to me then I guarantee they will happen to you.
