The Keys and the Petals

This organ,

The only way to describe this organ,

A little child.

And she sings in a chapel.

Even the summer of sorrows

Had the most beautiful discovery.

Absolutely simply the best.

The memories, the beginnings…

I have made an elixir of life.

A taste can change you.

But I am a cat, lived nine lifetimes ago.

In an alley.

Those begging creatures,

They need us.

Lost in the mucus,

And the wicked endeavors.

Let’s be miraculous.

Learn from me, and be heroes with me.

‘Cause I won’t back down.

I’ve got my own sunshine lighting my way, nothing can stop me.

Close your eyes.

Trust me, take my hand.

Walk through purgatory with me.

Now open them.

See the sunken battleships?

The fallen balls of fire?

The love-hungry children?

Does it not make sense still?

The past has been overridden.

And now all that’s left are unlocked locks on the ground.

And the new generation of flowers growing into stars.

Behind the last door, an incline.

I will make it to the top.

And scatter my petals all over the world.

Maybe they will be better than letters,

And maybe a new smile will be born.

Today, a cat has befriended a tiger.
