Why do you want to go to college? How do you answer a question so broad? I want to go college simply beacuse; various reasons simitaneously come to mind, instead of boring you with words, I decieded to rhyme; 13 years ago I began attending schoo, I kept up with my grades and I followed the rules; got along with peers and loved the falculty, but still oblivious to the world's realities; As i thought about all the things I could be, they all had one common factor, knowledge was the key; so to advance my knowledge's health, i decided I needed college to better myself; journey to the unknown, establish a home away from home, meet new people from different races, the exposure to different places, hearing some different views, putting on those big girl shoes, transforming to an adult, maturig your younger self; to move out and move up, to test the skin I thought was tough; to make my dreams realistic, I don't want to be a bad statistic; or a product of my environment, with both hands I plan to fight it, what I'm striving for is success, I won't settle for any less; I want to make my parents proud, inspire my future child; be looked up to by my sister, and positively remembered; be an inspiration for change, with some power behind my name; give back to communities, not just mine but all those in need; enter a new atmosphere, eliminate any fear; not to be afraid to fail, but to make a way to excel; be loved by my professor, not affilIated with the lesser; to learn a lot of things, so I can accomplish all of my dreams; go into law as an attorney, or broadcaster on your TV; to experience all of the hype, but to get the first time right; as you read I hope you're moved, I have something to prove; as a young minority, sometimes they overlook me; I want to say that I have made it, I'm often underestimated, but I am the underdog, proving the neighsayers wrong; cause right now im just a girl, but I'll influence the world; attending college would help me out, as the knowledge and wisdom sprouts; it'll start with clubs and sports, then internships in courts; don't just read but really listen, remember the name Kristen; so please select me, so I have the opprotunity; to obtin the key, unlock the possiblities; when you unlock knowledge, which is my want to go to college; and while I'm there, I'll do my best, because im using college as my key to success; So why do you want to go to college?
