Everything that you need to know is already inside of you, you are the blueprint of the "oneness" the "microcosm of the macrocosm"... You don't have to go anywhere or do anything, just relax and be still inwardly long enough to feel instead of rationalize, long enough for inner knowing to have a chance to surface. It is all the distractions that keep you feeling disconnected, you don't have to do rituals, visit churches and temples, practice grueling disciplines or become a renunciate...
These are all tools that can enable you to be relaxed and still, that enable you to dive beneath your mind and enter the universal temple of love that resides in you.
Perhaps you feel that you need tools, and no doubt tools can be valuable, but your intention is the key, you can do it without any props; "take a deep breath, let go and go there right now!"13wisedome#
