I am undone
Tired from the run
Buried the self with holy books
Like dead meat caught on a hook
Renewing the self day by day
Yet the battle never goes away
Nothing ever really changes my ways
They are alive and forever stays
Caught in the soup of this Karmic mess
Playing make believe while I dress
I keep breathing in the chill of the cold morning air
How long will I live in this trifling despair
Shall I plunge myself in this gritty affair
And finally lay the self to bear-
So now I turn to my deepest prayer-
Mem-Nun-Daled
Mem-Zadik-Resh
Hey-Aleph-Aleph
Vav-Hey-Vav
Yud-Yud-Lamed

"I keep breathing in the chill of the cold morning air" is a great line, because the chill in the air relates to your mental state and gives the poem heavy emotion.
