Judging one another ...

Matthew 7:1

“Do not judge so that you will not be judged.

 Judge one another

One basic principle to get along is

“Don’t let others know what you think”

between positive-and negative

in the end will show the link.

That keeps you on speaking terms

so that you can get along

at least during working hours

like an oft repeated song.

But when you are forced to measure

performance against a norm.

How? When the norm is not defined

who will than sound the horn?

It is good to use a base line

but to find it in a field unknown

is like guessing where the wind comes from

when you’re locked up in a room.

Define! Becomes a battle cry

when you’re told to figure it out.

It is like going into battle

and you’re not allowed to shout.
