*A JOURNEY THROUGH THE DESERT OF CORONA*
Walking through the sandy roads, the scorching sun of corona taught me a lesson..
Knowing why they had to die like chicks exposed to coldness is the hardest question.
Dying an expensive death is what has puzzled my mind.
The reason why the poor should be blamed is what am yet to find.
No one cares at the boarder for as long as a bone is given to a dog.
Disrespecting the poor for not having enough to buy masks,
And praise those who carried covid nineteen from overseas.
We are like in times of mosses,
Where money seems to be useless,
No significance lies in calling each other bosses.
When we are all encountering losses,
There is no commodity to compete with roses,
As a lot of people are dying and a lot of flowers they are buying.
We are tired of seeing men and women in uniform matching,
Matching to save the lives of our own blood from drying.
There is an adage of saying "life lies in the ear"
But people are busy measuring what they hear.
The news is more scarer to watch, as it increases one's fear.
We can never run away,
But to face our fate on our way,
We don't know when we shall have the face masks done away,
Instead we should always abide by what our leaders say anyway.
Hand sanitizers are so scarce to share,
Scrambling for face masks causes me to despair.
If the situation was completely fair,
I would have taken my late sisters and brothers for repair,
So that together once more we can walk holding hands as a pair.
I am sure social distance would have been rare.
Voices of people crying out for help on radio induces my ear drum to blare.
All I wish is if life had a spare,
I would have loved to give and share.
