I've come to learn

I’ve come to love

As easily as I breathe

I am the dove

I carry love on the leaf

I’ve come to learn

Love blooms in all different forms

Seeds sewn in burned

Untended soil of potential

Left to flourish

Separate plot beginnings

Romantic kiss

Platonic nights spent alone

Sharing secrets

And the things you both admire

Pleased that you met

Love is all encompassing

Not biased on

Physical components of

Body or brawn

It's based on spiritual

Aspects of soul

Formed by morals and ideas
