It's Rare So Spare

Let the good times roll
Knowing that someday it’s going to change
From sunshine to rain
From feeling good to pain

I don’t what it is that makes people indecisive
About how to treat others
Would you just push a monk to the ground
Or slander a benevolent person, their feelings crack, oh the sound

Don’t know why people decide to abuse the good they have
That friend that is a true friend to the end
But becomes the butt of a jokes and banter
Just kidding is the excuse, but there’s some truth in the matter

Why the nice ones to be picked
To become victims of it all
Is the niceness seen as a target
Don’t want to use obscenity to end it

But hopes for something better
Because you never know what you have until it’s gone
Appreciate the good people you know, him or her
Don’t abuse their benevolence, but help it grow, to prosper
