It's Not Pretty

Never Have I seen proof of inner beauty prevailing over outer

Over and over again I have seen vanity rule the world

Fighting the urge to want to be happy with myself the way I am

I usually give in to the insecurerities within a split second

Terrible and hateful is what I am with no filter

Envious and spiteful

Reasons being that I can't look at myself in the mirror without a veil
