Invisible Love

Location

Lies from a woman, a woman she loved

One who told her that she was her angel, sent from above.

But the love she couldn't show it, love she needed,

her water left her thirsty, her blankets left her cold. her presence was a ghost

she turned 10 years old and a man first touched her,

he ripped out her soul, he treated her like his girlfriend, his granddaughter

a touch too deep,

a little girl sitting in the corner wrapped around promises that her mother could not keep.
