The minute her smile fades
People start to whisper
“She’s not strong”
You can tell she’s breaking
The rainbows have faded
The reality of the cold cruel world we live in is showing
She’s seeing people for her they really are;
Judges
Staring at you
Marking your every move
Taking their notes before you’ve even opened your mouth
She tries to run
But she’s hit a wall
Trapped by her own insecurities
There’s no way for her to leave
She reminds her self
She is loved
And the walls start to crumble
