Inferno

Location

He's changed me
Though I know not how.
Butterflies and kisses,
Both things he gives to me.
Smiles and laughter
Are inevitable
When he's near.
Fate or Fortune,
Though which I do not know,
Has brought me to him,
And forever I am thankful,
For without him,
I would have forgotten
The beauty within the world,
And within myself.
He lights a fire
Within me,
Burning hot and bright,
Yet still sweet and slow.
This raging inferno has consumed
All I have,
And all I am.
A day without him
Is torture
And I become amnesiac,
Forgetting how to
breathe,
eat,
be,
Until the next time we meet.
