I am:

Heart pounding 

Skipping beats

Palms sweating

Want to flee

 

Smile and shake it off 

But my mouth is miles from cringing up

My mind explodes 

Like nuclear bombs

Don't know what is right or wrong

 

I want jump, I want to cry

But all I see is an open sky

I want to stand and hold my ground 

Forget the rest and live for now

 

I fall and tumble down

The air has turned into water 

I am about to drown

But I will persevere through until the end

Until I say good-bye with my raspy last breath
