I wrote a poem about you

I wrote a poem about you

It started out passionate And thenThe passion turned to flat out resentment I was taught to never let anyone's attention Validate your existence But somewhere .... Somewhere along the lines I fell in love with his sexy brown eyes And I committed the ultimate no no I find it ironic how you always came in the fall And left in the winter Didn't even give my food enough time to heat up And by November I was just a sheer fragment of your imagination Like that one clothing item that doesn't satisfy your taste So you hang it up and put in to reside in the basement What's the point in trying to start a good thing when the other persons fight is vacant
