I Write For the Feel
I write for the feel of being at ease with my mind. I write not because I can rhyme, but because I can express.
The emotions I have become such beautiful words put to paper.
I write because it is my life, and this is my soul that keeps me going.
One of the reasons I put one foot in front of the other to get out of bed in the morning.
I put pen to paper and words come out.
Hurtful, sad, depressed, joyful, relieved, and happy to know the bubble has burst and my emotions are free into the world.
I write not because it’s fun all the time, but because I can speak my words when it comes to poetry.
I write for the expression of my life, not for the expression of trying to be cool.
I write because I have this right to express myself and all my colors.
