I Love the Way Thou Walked into My Soul

Location

I love the way thou walked into my soul,
Thy eyes brilliant rays of golden sun,
That from the horizon came and then stole
My heart with one look. Thy potent glare done
What Narcissus  could not have done before.
Thou are not vain. Like a precious jewel,
Thou has enchanted me forevermore,
And left me in an enchanting dream. Full
Of hopes and dreams for my future with thee.
With thee my Nightmares have flown away.
Thy presence is sufficient to soothe me,
I bid thee never leave my side, and stay.

Alas! I took quite long to reach thy light.
But still,
Thou art my most treasured and pure delight.

Thy soul will forever reside above,
Likewise, thyself I will forever love.
