I Find That I Lose Myself

I find that I lose myself,

When we have to part.

Life lived aimlessly,

With only half a heart.

I find that I lose myself,

When we fight.

Tears tumble down my eyes,

As I try to make it right.

I find that I lose myself,

When you feel sorrow.

My heart bares your grief,

It is your soul mine follows.

I find that I lose myself,

Because you are half of me.

A soul mended to one,

Torn when you aren't happy,
