I can't stop choking, put it out.

Since he was nine years old,

slowly destroying his lungs.

He keeps lighting the same flame,

a curtain of smoke in the air being hung.

The little girl asks, "Daddy will you ever feel shame,

for making me choke on the smoke?"

But he ignores his little girl and takes another draw.

Doctor says, "Sir your daughter has pneumonia,

and the x-ray shows a rip in the left lung."

In the car with new medication,

window hardly cracked he lights another on his tongue.

While the little girl is suffering he still doesn't quite,

further risking her life... but does daddy care?
