I am an empty shell that you found in the sea
I am an empty seashell  that you play with on the ocean shore
I shine brightly under the sun. So bright that I caught your eyes.
You picked me up and smile with excitement
You admire me and yet you broke me
You keep me as your treasure, yet you shatter me into pieces     I am an empty shell that you picked up at the seashore 
I longed for home and the company of my loved ones
But ignore is a bliss.
You ignore my pain and confront me with your pain
I listen carefully to your pain as I shine brightly under the sun  I am the Sun and the Star of your life
I give you warmth and serenity when you are about to break
On a gloomy day, I am your sun and your blanket
On your darkest night, I am your Star, that guides you home.
I shimmer brightly in the night sky as you get lost.
 I reach for you as you search for me with no hope left in your eyes
I look at you as your eyes lost its twinkling light
Your eyes are empty, and your soul is lifeless. With a little hope,
You reach out for me, and I give you light, and yet you complain that I shine too dimly
Do you know that on your darkest day I am the star that saves your life?
The star that you complain about having too little light is the star that saved you in your darkest night.
I might be small to you and not worth your time
But you gotta admit that with my little twinkling light,   I restored your hope  I am just a star, and I could ignore your desperation and scream for another chance in life
I could let you die in the cold night
I could ignore and live my life for me
But with my little light, I give you my life, so that you may have a tomorrow.I am worth a million and trillions of tears which you couldn’t restore again once it drys up
I am worth your time and your  reason to smile again
I might be just a little twinkling star in the night sky,
but my heart is more significant than yours
As your selfishness is more prominent than mine                I am a SHELL
