I AM OF SAD GENERATION

My heart is conflicted
I feel bemused to begin with
I feel treed inside
Like what is freedom if my heart cannot enjoy it
I am of a Sad Generation

The nature that is ought to us
Saying we are free
Signified by the value of life dreamt by our forefathers
Forgetting that the true beauty of reality remains a secret
It's either good or bad
But at the end I am infringe in my mind
I am a sad Generation

To see a young soul goes ill
It breaks my heart
The unbeatable thought of it is rather difficult to express
Like how do you speak of life when one is lost
I guess I just have to find my corner square and sulk
I am a sad Generation

To see the people who are supposed to protect us
Kills us with guns for standing up for our believe
Enquiring a safe environment
A proper salary and wage
For education
In the so called freedom era
The freedom that is being sang kills us
We are a Sad Generation

We struggle to know the rights from wrongs
Doomed by our Country's constitution
Like who are the beneficial of that
Like of everything said on top where do we fit in
Cause it seems to me that we're beneficial victims of everything that leaves our heart sad
O so true
I am of Sad Generation
