I Am Lit.

Thu, 10/22/2015 - 22:26 -- bjg989

And I guess that was kind of who I was

Never finishing anything, but having every intention to

Always looking further into something

That was never really there in the first place

Forgiving and always forgetting,

Understanding and misunderstood

Going with the flow when the waters got rough,

And never, ever

Looking back.

Forever wishing

But not superstitious

Always alone

But never lonely

Strong enough to know what I need

But weak enough to chase what I want

An open book

With tiny font

A sealed letter

Drowned in a sea

A fountain of art, books, and poetry

An arrow of rain, God, and love

A sky, personified

But not a cliche

Forever-n-always

Falling for you

And I guess that was kind of who I was

Never finishing anything, but having every intention to.
