I wonder what my purpose here is

I hear voices filled with desire

I see visions of success

I want to be remembered

I pretend to be unbothered, but yet

I feel everything

I wish to touch the hearts around me, but yet

I worry about my future

I cry for those who feel they have none, but yet I fear the same

I am hopeful and I am loving

 

I understand that I can’t control everything

I say that I will try

I dream that I will be important

I try to learn and grow

I hope I am victorious

I am growing to be more unique each day
