Hurricane Bay

Hurricane Bay

Beautiful white sand, so pure and so plush

Is my lover during the calm of day

Thou is salty and alive as a bay

But whoa crashes and drowns the living lush

Dark tides roll into his eyes with such rush

Lightning and thunder in the month of May

Among a sleepless night, the storm rolls way’

Roaring and loud but then soon tis’ a hush

With arms wide open, under the sun’s light

Hugs are might welcoming me back to home

Hence, the love we do show with such a might

Bright and refreshing as the ocean’s foam

Casted to sea with the waves gone from sight

Together, our love for each other shall roam
