The hungry monster

A plan never works I try to stop

I try to think of all the reasons I should not devour the cake

But I can't get away the urge is too powerful

my mind plays games

and even when I think this time will be diffrent

Who am I kidding I cant even get my self to listen

my worth is determined by numbers and weight

This burdens too much and there's no escape

Its force is too powerful its words persuade and before you know it you've finished 10 plates

But wait don't forget desert is next

Topped off with cherries of shame and regret

With no end in sight we curl up and hide from the hungry monseter that lives inside.
