My stomach sticks flat to my rib cage

the bones show right through

It growls constantly

I cry out in pain

My hands map large river canals

entwining like ropes

i groan and slump to my side

clutching my middle

a fly lands on my chin

but I don't flick it off

A shadow falls on my face

I try to move my lips

but they don't obey

the figure snakes a a long tube through my nose down deep into my stomach

I moan as my belly expands slowly

Something sticky

But I am not satisfied

I close my eyes

my arms lift then fal

I cry for hunger

I cry for food

I dream of food
