Deceptions of the Last Hour

18 Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard

that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come,

by which we know that it is the last hour.

 

How many?

 

How many deaths does a man need to die

before he knows how to live?

How many years does he need to live a lie

before he knows how to give?

 

How many pains to inflict on some-one

before he knows it is killing him?

Slowly but surely when damage is done,

shows the grave he is digging within.

 

How many lies does a man need to tell

before everyone believes in them?

How many trees of truth he needs to kill

before lies become truth's pro-tem?

 

How many ways does a man needs to devise

to mix up facts with fiction?

How many times does he need to compromise

to show everyone he is contradiction?

 

What is the worth of a human soul?

Can it be measured here on earth?

Is it just part of Eternity's goal

and that only after a new birth?

 

Why is growing up such a pain

and your youth becomes sweeter each day?

Is growing old really a gain

while memories our childhood portray?
