A Horse's Love

Many fear the beasts that used to roam the plains

Their very presence makes some run in shame

But how do you put into words the majesty and beauty of those four hooved wonders

That used to run and make the whole Earth shudder

They are not beasts to be feared but friends to be loved

A horse does not love you for how you look but for who you are

They are freinds in your time of loneliness

They are the light in a time of darkness

I have been through the loneliness

I have been blinded by the darkness

But through a horse's love my life have been reborn

I no longer worry about the loneliness

I no longer feel the darkness

For if I have my horse's love nothing can pull me down
