Hopes and Dreams

Location

I was use to the truth, and hide from the lies

When I was younger growing up all I thought about was shine

I remember as a child everything I saw was foul

Walking down my block, I have to think for a while

Reminisce the past, the ones that’s not here

Family in my eyes, enemies in my rear

Protect me by my side, my problems on my chest

The bullets missed me,  guess that I bless

I could have died that night

I could have left this earth

Now I’m living life

For everything its worth

Don’t put me in the dirt

Don’t put me on a shirt

Tears a fall from they face saying I got murk.
