A Hopeful Princess

Tue, 08/22/2017 - 21:37 -- twin802

There she was

doing what she does

cleaning up after that horrid family

Her father, a noble man

married a woman who was much less than.

But Cinderalla, was an anomaly

When her father died

she was brushed aside.

It was then she found the prophecy

The prophecy brought her hope

it allowed her to cope.

It spoke of her legacy

It spoke of pain

Of which she would attain

Though not all was in such extremity

She would become a queen

Just before she turned eighteen.

She would be royalty.

But that was just a dream

Not of it true, it seems

She'll remain the enemy.
