The Honest and Filter Free Truth

Slumber. Crema. Ludwig. Aden. Perputa. Amaro. Mayfair. Rise. Hudson. Valencia. X-Pro ll. Sierra. Willow. Lo-Fi. Earlybird. Brannan. Inkwell. Hefe. Nashville

And then there's Normal.

I am defined by the normal,

The option that is never used on Instagram.

I am the honest and filter free truth.

I am defined by the

Normal.

I am not the hue of a selfie

Or the right kind of lighting.

I am the crinkles on my forehead

And the vivacious brown eyes.

I am the  long chestnut hair

That can be a wavy and frizzy mess.

I am the undertoned yellow skin

And the sparatic freckles on my face.

I am defined by the

Normal.

I am not a tumblr girl

Or a makeup fashionista.

I am the heart digital pictures can't capture.

I am the lover of nature

That has been untouched by filters.

I am the girl who sings

On the top of her lungs in the car.

I am the rebel

Who questions power and fights for the common good.

I am defined by the

Normal.

Which is okay,

Because sometime you need the honest and filter free truth.
