Home ... finally

Proverbs 15:31

31 The person who hears the reproof that leads to life
is at home among the wise.

Home … finally

Here we are back at home … no better place to be

Amazingly where the heart is it never should get old

Dreamingly or actually … we never are alone

Except when we are selfish we wind up in the cold

Out of the past you came … suddenly but expected

Relaxed and still the same … as you appeared years ago

Time had not taken toll … you were not neglected

Still standing straight … as only you could know

We did not talk much … you were in a hurry

As you appeared like a ship … just passing in the day

A sounding horn – a wave … I thought you would tarry

I guess your life was calling … as you whisked away

All for the better … none for the worse

Walking the line … that destiny drew in the sand

Nothing much expected … staying off course

That beyond my understanding … in someone else’s hand

Can we find the handle … of the plow sold yesterday?

Where is the field now … prepared by someone else?

I should not plant the seed … without consideration’s say

Why am I so unprepared … as all seem to know so well?
