History

Jeremiah 22:21

21 While you were feeling secure I gave you warning.
But you said, “I refuse to listen to you.”
That is the way you have acted from your earliest history onward.
Indeed, you have never paid attention to Me.

“History remembers” ... that must be a joke.

In today’s society ... we can’t see yesterday.

Years ago an expression on our shoulders like a yoke

that has no weight attached ... as we rob and play.

How will I be remembered ... for a couple of months or so?

What imprints will be left behind and not washed away by time?

The first shower will do the job except for the few up close.

And for the rest ... just strangers who never were really mine.

Darkness in the daylight ... covering the Son

The light that shows the impossible is to be an imagination.

Always shining bright around ... where work needs to be done

as we have our windows boarded up ... to keep out Grace and Salvation.
