Putting trust in the direction of the universe

While packing away my things for the summer

 

Crying in the bathroom - it was hard for me

I’m taking deep breaths. I’ll be ready in 5 minutes.

I’ve found it hard not to get into trouble.

Be patient. Just practice. 

I know it's not your fault.

Still lately, I begin to shake for no reason at all

Leaving me high and dry

 

The world around me closes in so I shut my eyes

Promises are broken and more resentment come alive

Sick venom in men and women overcome with pride

A perfect world is never perfect, only filled with lies

 

Difficult times help me understand better than before

My infinitely rich and beautiful life.

A life where trauma can turn to healing

Spiritual alignment puts manifestation into motion

I’ve been trying too hard

Dancing like a flame in soft filters

 

There is joy to be found in each day

What better is there to do than catch a wave

and take in the sweetness. 

 

Think about it.

The darkness, the deepness,

All the things that make me who I am.

 

Life is beautiful, but you don't have a clue

Sun and ocean blue. Their magnificence, 

it doesn’t make sense to you

 

You plant a seed, it grows some roots,

a branch, and leaves. Becomes a tree of life 

until our nights are filled

With peace from stress and strife

Better days are on their way

So we can just sit tight.
