Heavy hearts and Broken souls

A twist in the leg could not be worse a whimper and heals in time never a permanent scar, on the inside, however things have changed You no longer want to take that leap off the mountain to the other side of adventure you've been hurt for fear your leg may twist again for fear it would break and never mend again your heart is the one scarred the weak one scared of repeating mistakes you've healed but your heart proves to be a heavy load This is how I would describe a Heavy heart and a broken soul...
