Heat

Psalm 74:17

17 You set up all the boundaries of the earth;
You created the cycle of summer and winter.

Heat

Daily summer and heat galore – Texas at its best

For some a bummer or a bore – for some a simple test

Taste of trophies and adventure- to some just plain hot

Where is solace when things in general are too dry to rot

Water shortage brown appearing – nature slowly dying

Now in bondage commandeering – no water left for crying

Evaporation forming clouds – to shower somewhere else

Accumulation sweat in doubt – too hard now to melt
