He says im flawless, but what does he see?

Does he see the waves of my stretchmarks all across me?

Does he acknowledge every curve of my body including the one on my eyebrow from when I got

stiches at the age of 9?

He hears my cries, he hears my whines, he see's my stress righ through my eyes.

He says im flawless, I want to see what he see's.

He appreciates my laugh, the sound of my voice

He runs his hands through every inch of my face, ignoring my impurities

assuring me thats just what they are, and much more

He says im flawless, I say it too.

I say aloud to myself everytime I "miss a spot" in the shower

I scream it everytime "I'm not a size 14 anymore, its 16"

I recite it everytime someone says the words "____ enough."

Pretty ENOUGH, smart ENOUGH, old ENOUGH, skinny ALMOST there, but not ENOUGH.

I'm flawless, in every way, shape and form.

Not just "enough" but much, much more.
