Why do these people hate me?
I did nothing to them yet they want to fight.
I just want to be myself and do what’s right.
They roll their eyes and light another joint.
I’ll find a new scar by a knife with a point.
They talk their way out of assignments.
I’ll take the grade I earn.
They threaten and beat others to submission.
I’m lucky I am ever heard.
They act like they own everyone.
When in truth fear owns them.
I will be stronger as the days pass.
They will be weak in comparison.
I will not let them control me.
They will never hold me down.
I am a free person and I deserve to be above the ground.
They might be scary,
They might be intimidating.
But everyone deserves a life until they destroy someone else’s.
Because of their wicked ways, they won’t be missed.
People will cheer over their graves and stomp on their ashes.
The bullies become the bullied when they become the weak ones.
So who hates who now?
