Harmony Long Lost

I used to breathe in life

Now I choke in gaseous strains.

I could taste purity and light

Yet all has gone bitter and trite.

My sight,

It refutes this life

And those of all others

For strangulation by indignations

Shouldn’t be what we call

Humanity.

Within my palms

I could feel the Earth and air

Yet my hands have gone cracked and pale

And mother just the same.

My thoughts,

They engulf all these sensations.

Meld into the irrationality that is living,

And share the pollutions of this dying world.

This disgust is what i've known as

Our harmony long lost.
