Thought all that was done with in 1960 somethin'

Most people say it is
So why is it still happenin' today
And you can't tell me it's okay
Cause it's gettin' worse in every way
Use to pull out fist, then knives, now we pull out guns
Use to be a disagreement or debate but now it has to be a fight

Blacks,Whites,Asians, and Hispanics.
Money, religion, color, language, and opinions.
What has the world come to?
How far did we really get?
I'll tell ya we haven't made it that far.
I'll tell ya this world went nowhere
cause it got better but it got worse

Discrimination, Segregation.
Wish all that could've been done with before life's beginning.
