Habibi

The knocking you made upon my heart is like no other

Breathing in your aura bring chills to the tips of my fingers

Endless gabs here and there –

What an uncommon sight.

Never once have you thought about one self

Never once have I mistrusted myself

Like capturing a perfect sunset or seizing the day by doing exactly nothing

Your dark eyes of wonderment and locked up smile

Does absolutely nothing but overwhelm me.

Polar opposites with society bringing us down

We stick it to the man and provoke battle

Although we are worlds apart our distance proves wrong to them

For loving you makes no sense.
