Growth

2 Corinthians 13:5

Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.

Music pounding in my head ... secular it seems.

A melody that’s clinging ... to my inner “me”

Words here and there fit in ... by accidental means.

Has it become part of me ... really could that be?

Scenes are floating in my thought of movies, I have seen.

Coming back constantly when really not desired.

Are they now a part of me because I took them in?

Is that my reality ... really could that be?

Is a man what he eats ... because it becomes part of him?

Is it really possible ... that we’re in perpetual growth?

Are the parts we’re adding ... making us more a thief?

For taking things that are not ours and not too good for me

Watching well and doing well ... would be “regular” growth

setting aside selfishness ... will increase our perspective.

Maybe the forming Jesus does ... rest in this principle

as the good that you approach ... will be growth effective.
