Gossip

You know the saying talk is cheap

It is indeed and it leaps

It leaps from one’s mouth like frogs trapped in jars.

Also like a speeding car.

It’s hard to stop frogs and a speeding car

Also hard to stop words that scar

They sting like whips

To gossipers tasty chips

Gossipers start fire

Which is dire

It burns their victims in hell-like inferno

Where you can only scream no

No one hears you except for a few

The ones who care are mostly dew

They can’t fight alone

If they come together like clones

Maybe than the inferno would diminish

It may even vanish
