You say theres equality

But yet people are dying everyday

Names are being thrown around

Lives being taken

America being the safe haven

they claim to be

But this is the very place

us americans shall be afraid of

We want to change for the better

moving towards the future

Yet we manage to stay in the past

Doing the very acts we want move on from

Different cultures

Different races

But only one race matters

One is supreme right?

All lives matter

Change is needed

to make what America lives by

For our eyes shall see no color

We shall be blind to the differences

that we are forced to make clear
