Giants

Giants are things of fairy tales and dreams
They're big, not small, they're giants after all
Nobody thinks they're real; you're sure you'll never see one
Until you find yourself in the path of one that's angry

Then you run and you run and you scream real loud in hopes of getting away
And you try and you try with all of your might but you're not getting away
Not this time around

Giants sure seem like harmless fantasy creatures
They're brute and strong, their legs are very long
Then you find one fast asleep; it seems charming and very cuddly
Until it wakes up and rips your heart out of your chest

So you run and you run, and you scream real loud in hopes of getting away
You cry and you cry till your bones go dry, but you're not getting away
Not this time around, not this time around
