Furnace

The bellows are blazing the fire so high
It screams to the moon
Searching the sky
Where are the stars?
Just open your eyes!

Don't be so noisy,
You'll wake up the lion
Stalking her prey
As they fall from their cryin'
She lives in the mountains
Where life is worth dyin'

Biting the lips of a cat is not wise
Their tongue is a grater
That shrivels up lies
And reaches to depths
That nobody tries

And oh how the river is smoother than silk
Lay in her current
Feed off her milk
Strength for your bones
But from love she'll bilk

The bellows are bringing the furnace to max
Don't get excited
Enjoy this, relax
When this is over,
There'll be perfect pax
