Frustration on the job

Ephesians 4:23

23 Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes.

1 Peter 4:1

4 So then, since Christ suffered physical pain, you must arm yourselves with the same attitude He had, and be ready to suffer, too. For if you have suffered physically for Christ, you have finished with sin.

Frustration (mental condition)

I wake up in the morning ... and anger is still there

Where does it come from ... that nothing seems fair?

I try to accomplish ... all that what I’m asked to do

But little is acceptable ... and all that seems to prove

That it is better to do nothing ... and just procrastinate

For in doing that and talking ... some get by that way

Still I’m held responsible for the non-producing crowd

And when it comes to judgment ... there is little doubt

That I’m the biggest failure ... a piece of useless crap

That floats on top of the water ... and that is all of that

Is this is pro-activity ... is this the way it has to be

To feel used and defeated ... to know it’s destroying me?

Morale is at the lowest ... in the few years I’ve been here

Talking about the producers ... who simply live with fear

I guess they feel like I do ... no difference how hard you try

The glory goes to some-one else ...  who is always getting by
