frowns are illegal; i’m a criminal

Thu, 06/06/2019 - 15:11 -- hydram

save me from this world.

save me from this hurt.

save me from this wreck.

save me from myself.

am i the only one who notices that everyone is playing this game?

and naturally, no one wants to lose; they’ll do anything.

but the problem with this game is that there’s no winning.

it’s tempting, it’s outrageous, it’ll take you in.

save me from these people.

save me from what they think is real.

save me from these unspoken rules.

save me from this tarantism in blues.

it’s a long line just waiting to have a smile stamped.

“gotta pay a few hundreds,” you know what? i’ll just pass.

it’s a damn long line just waiting to pay for the fake.

a fake that’s far more expensive than what’s real; welcome to our game.

save me from these empty smiles.

save me from this traffic.

save me from these hollow eyes.

save me from the lavish.

save me from these words.

“why are you sad, that honest frown is utterly absurd?”

save me from their silly logic.

save me from their alluring toxic.
