You and me, we are free
unlike the people in history .
Patriots and Tories started a war,
there wasn't one like it ever before.
They fought for our freedom.
They fought for our rights.
They fought for free days and nights.
Then the king taxed the tea,
and Patriots threw it into the sea.
It was a time of uncertainty.
It was a time of war.
It was a time of victory
and much much more.
So now I bet your glad you're free
unlike the people in history.
